				We had the most amazing experience in vegas last night when we were transported back to the 70s and stumbled upon Diner Ross. This place and it's crew is just nothing short of amazing. Claudia was the sweetest and so attentive! Keith and Angelo were such kind fellas and so fun to talk with! This place made me love Vegas and want to come back. I almost cried because the food was so good. Match that with perfect service and atmosphere, 10/10!!!! Love from Idaho

				Walking into Diner Ross feels like stepping straight through a time portal to the vibrant 1970s — and I mean that in the very best way. From the retro décor to the warm lighting, every detail has been lovingly curated to capture the charm of the era. The music, the booths, the colors — it’s nostalgia served on a silver platter. But the real magic begins when the food arrives. I came for the steak, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had in years. Perfectly cooked to my requested medium-rare, the meat was tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor. The seasoning was spot-on, letting the quality of the steak shine through. Every bite melted in my mouth, and the creamy Au Gratin potatoes on the side were just like mom made back in the day — rich, cheesy, and perfectly baked to golden perfection. Pure comfort food bliss. The service at Diner Ross is equally memorable. Our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. They checked in just often enough without ever making us feel rushed, and their recommendations were spot-on. The atmosphere makes you want to linger — a place where conversation flows easily, laughter feels at home, and you can almost imagine you’re sharing a booth with friends from decades past. Whether you’re craving a top-notch steak, a dose of nostalgia, or both, Diner Ross delivers in every way. I left with a full stomach, a big smile, and plans to come back soon.

				Diner Ross was an unexpected and delightful surprise during our visit to The LINQ. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were exceptional, crafted with care and flavor. What really stood out was the attention to detail in the atmosphere, perfectly capturing a nostalgic old New York vibe that felt both authentic and immersive. This spot delivers more than just a meal, it offers a full experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience in Las Vegas.

				As I sit at the bar awaiting my dinner, I am fixated at the fluid and complimentary way this staff moves together. For my first visit to Las Vegas, I have to say this is a very chaotic city in a very hostile environment. Within that chaos and hostility you have the full spectrum of the human experience. It appears to me that in that spectrum a magic can also exist when it’s fostered properly. I had the privilege of experiencing the Diner Ross tonight. With my 15+ years in the hospitality industry behind me for perspective, I recognize when talent meets training and the opportunity to develop skills with the support of a great team around you. Having lived in both New York and California, and a few places in between, pursuing high end hospitality for cocktails and food has been a passion of mine for years now. Tonight I was able to witness a team of professionals working together and making culinary and hospitality magic happen in real time. I want to highlight the absolute delight, Claudia, behind the bar and the glowing team she works with. These people all have such positive opinions of their colleagues in a way that is rare and refreshing to see within such a cutthroat industry. In this environment there is a trust and fluidity that allows for the opportunity to play and bolster skills that otherwise may atrophy or sadly go without being utilized. Because there is such passion and enthusiasm behind the team at the bar, the experience each individual is able to have becomes that much more powerful and impactful. My short time spent at the Diner Ross will go in my memories as one of the best food and beverage experiences I’ve had in my life. In quality and service. To the point where each year that I come back for the convention that brought me here, I will seek out this team to have an unmatched experience in the decadence and wonder that is the food service industry at its finest and most passionate. Industry leaders like Claudia are easily highlighted when you have the opportunity to explore the industry across the globe. It’s even more incredible when you remember the commitment and dedication required to serve as an industry leader and what that means for yourself and your peers. In a city built on opulence and excess, remembering that the true splendor is in the hands of the passionate and dedicated people like the front and back of the house at the Diner Ross, you have a chance to spend money because something is expensive vs. spending money on something because it is exquisite. Thank you to the whole staff at the Diner Ross for giving me an experience I’ll remember with love and gratitude for the rest of my life.

				Spiegelworld is all about the aesthetic experience and Diner Ross fits right in. It's an adventure just getting to the host, and once you're in the diner its a whole experience. I had the prix fixe late night and it's definitely worth it. I'm a small eater and couldn't eat half of my food. For the prix fixe the options are limited but the salad was unique and delicious and the buffalo chicken cutlet was huge and a good version of what you might expect. The banana shake is really really good. The music is amazing and not overwhelming. Really prompt service, overall a great experience for a reasonable price.

				I ordered steelhead trout and my girlfriend ordered the strawberry salad and split a milkshake, we were both blown away by the food quality, cook time, service and frankly, low prices for being a strip casino restaurant. Another 5/5 spiegleworld restaurant			

Location

Diner Ross Steakhouse is located at The LINQ Hotel and Casino. Look for the giant, sparkly DISCOSHOW sign across from Caesars Palace. You’re in the right place. The restaurant can be accessed directly from the Strip pavement next to Dunkin’ or from inside the LINQ. First stop – head through the silver doors into 99 Prince, grab a cocktail, work your way to the Glitterloft (another cocktail?), and there, tucked in the corner, you’ll find the entrance to Diner Ross. Diner Ross and the Glitterloft are up a flight of stairs, but an elevator is available.

Drop off: Drop off at The LINQ main entrance if visiting by taxi, Lyft, or Uber

Getting Into The Venue

DISCOSHOW and Diner Ross can be entered from the ground level on the Strip pavement at 3535 Las Vegas Blvd or from inside the LINQ. Once through the silver doors you are in the 99 Prince cocktail bar. Diner Ross and the Glitterloft cocktail bar are located up three, short flights of stairs. There is an elevator inside 99 Prince to access the upper level.

Customer Assistance

Patrons requiring assistance reaching their table at Diner Ross or other accessibility support can contact the box office ahead of time to arrange for a representative to meet them at the DISCOSHOW 99 Prince ground-level entrance. There is no coat check available for the storage of garments, large bags or luggage. We recommend you leave your bags at home or utilize a wearable bag such as a cross body purse, belt bag, fanny pack, belly bag, or small backpack. Storage for mobility devices will be provided.
