The restaurant can be accessed directly from the Strip pavement next to Dunkin’ or from inside the LINQ. First stop – head through the silver doors into 99 Prince, grab a cocktail, work your way to the Glitterloft (another cocktail?), and there, tucked in the corner, you’ll find the entrance to Diner Ross. Diner Ross and the Glitterloft are up a flight of stairs, but an elevator is available. There is an elevator inside 99 Prince to access the upper level.
