To mark the occasion, Executive Chef Mitch Emge has concocted a five-course menu of festive Italian American Psychedelic favorites sure to please any palate. And for those who’d rather not wait until midnight to break out the bubbly, a sommelier-selected wine pairing can be added for $55/person.
