THE GREATEST HITS
It’s known as the finer diner where Executive Culinary Director Anna Altieri is serving the greatest hits with one focus in mind: solid gold. Following the success of the Italian-American-Psychedelic menu at Superfrico, Altieri wanted Diner Ross to introduce Las Vegas to New York American cuisine. That means extra deliciousness in all your favorites.
PRIMO COCKTAILS
At Diner Ross, Executive Beverage Director Niko Novick’s craft cocktails blend old-school charm with good-times fun. He takes classic riffs and mixes them up to keep things interesting. No scruples, just style, and good taste. Whether you’re a regular or just dropping by, you’ll find a drink with your name on it, served with the laid-back, welcoming vibe that makes this spot a true neighborhood gem.

DiscoShow
DISCOSHOW is unlike any other show in the world. Once you make it past Mother’s velvet rope, you’ll be in the room with the everyday people who were there at the height of disco. You can be a bystander and watch their stories unfold. Or you can lose yourself in the music, and maybe even find yourself.
99 Prince
In a major celebration of NYC’s cocktail scene through the decades, Executive Beverage Director Niko Novick takes you on a journey at DISCOSHOW that starts in a subway station and continues on through the Glitterloft, finally arriving at Diner Ross. First stop, 99 Prince, where the cocktails celebrate the convergence of past and present. Here the drinks pay homage to the new wave era of craft cocktails from the early to mid-2000s, a time shaped by cocktail giants like Dave Arnold, Dale DeGroff, Jim Meehan, Sasha Petraske, Julie Reiner, and Leo Robitschek.
Glitterloft
Then head upstairs to the Glitterloft, a space inspired by early-1970s rent-parties and David Mancuso’s legendary Loft. When you go to a party, it’s all about no-fuss fun. Black solo cups. Specials on the board. Bottles and cans of beer. If you are not ordering vodka sodas, gin and tonics or Jack and cokes, you’re drinking one of three specialty cocktails served on draft: modern, tasty riffs on the Wallbanger, Mind Eraser, and Margarita.
