Prepare to enter the Ski Lodge Waffle Hut at The Ice Rink at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Located rink-side 10,450 feet above sea level, this retreat from the icy cold continues the OG Ski Lodge’s tradition of offering some of the city’s most sophisticated and delicious cocktails, with the addition of gourmet waffles. Skaters can step off the ice and straight into the world’s coziest cocktail bar to warm up with an Après Ski Buck, made with Kettle One Vodka, Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry, ginger, Combier, and lime, or a Tree Run, with Tanqueray 10 Gin, Coca-Cola, Orgeat, cherry, and lime – perfectly paired with an unexpected waffle creation from Superfrico’s Executive Chef Mitch Emge.

The Ski Lodge Waffle Hut is open daily at The Cosmopolitan’s Ice Rink through Jan. 12. Ski in and celebrate the season up top.
