When the crew of carnies behind Absinthe, Atomic Saloon Show and OPIUM sets its sights on the restaurant business, you just know the end result is gonna be… something.

Well, that something has a name: Superfricoat The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas—and come September 24, you’re invited for a taste of Las Vegas’s Las Vegiest new dining, drinking and entertainment destination—not to mention a brand new type of cuisine: Italian American Psychedelic.

Make no mistake: we may be circus folk, but that doesn’t mean there are (m)any clowns in the mix—at least, not where you’d expect. No, for this particular caper we’ve tagged in Chef and ‘International Pizza Czar’ Anthony Falco, Executive Chef Mitch Emge of The Cosmopolitan, ‘Principal Pourer’ Leo Robitschek of NoMad and as General Manager, Greisy Pacton of Gordon Ramsay Steak.

Put ’em all together and you’ve got the makings of the ultimate, be-all, end-all, taste-all house party: world-class, rule-breaking creatives everywhere you look—in the kitchen, behind the bars, inside the walls, under the bed… and being a close personal friend of the framily, you’re invited.
